Be aware of thy feelings

Meditation is to be aware,aware of thy feelings,experiences and also of your experiences in the intellect too,that is your seeing and hearing,all senses in the circular sense.A wareness  makes us best and best moments,slowly especially pays off well,nay best.  
         Time heals all wounds and makes for the best.Introspect on every thought and then watch every feeling and experience with the of not suffering in details,fineness too.Then we get best moments,make our life and correct our actions,habits that make us what we are and our life what it is Realise the bits and pieces,that make our life liveable.We die definitely without purifying,clean healthy bliss and subconscious mind of a good past.

The nervous system

The supernatural,that is brain and nine world,the astral that is the heart and depth true love world,the subconscious,unconscious world that express on the personality.are made of our life and living truths,thoughts,feelings what we love,what we choose or collect, act live meditate see hear etc.The truths record after the passing of a long time,gravitating to the earth and settling as after effects.THIS  IS FATE.

The word Vipassana

The word Vipassana means a special kind of seeing.That is an attitude made of awareness with equanimity of mind,that is nishkama bhava,awake alert seeing inner and outer in our own world and own vicinity that is without reactions and  seeing,hearing attitude,selfless,objective,detached  and equanimity meaning non disturbance inner way, mental ease and peace mattering most.This attitude is to be conducted at every level of our being,in brain mind of small,mini types to larger issues with heart,also without disturbance and clarity,also in depth meaning more thoroughly applying the same feelings and practices or moods at larger levels and states of heart too,then action instincts roots ,conscience issues,meditation matters,breaths,sensations,inner,personal matters,feelings,affairs of heart and depths,personal urges,inner sensitive body and life matters too.When you sit to meditate think of handling your selfishness problems all aspects of our life,every topic,all round,chairs circular insight with.Then all our sufferings get slbed with too many benefits.Never lose hope GO AHEAD.
