In the Vipassana meditation camp we are told indirectly to awaken sensations.Vishisht advaita is special dualism,that is ,inner living with subject of the depths watching the thoughts as objects,and special duality,Vishisht dvaita is to not watch outer life as focal point but watch within the depths of the outer world,not being materialistic.Toga is to what connection make with taking collecting loving true loving pure clean depths of all people,as true love understanding depths not theoretical reality at at the level of outer that is brain mind and emotional hearts without the powerful expression of depths subconscious where deep time settles when you are not uneasy,impatient,getting the present moment in silence,quiet,slow and clear,not temporary and changing but everlesting wealth of inner,spiritual developed wealth earning good vibes of comfortable,gentle security feelings,Mon cursing depth of love,true love with blessing attitudes.
