With equanity and awareness,we practice Vipassana meditation,which is the most important practice in the world.In awareness we get sober also and in equanimity we get merry too. Create both moderately,happily,yet inner,with self control.The main thing is never,never to react to any suffering or create desire of any type.Then we get free of our troubles when we attach always to the right stuff only,in sensations and breaths,we get beyond the objects strange and watch with a knowledge attitude to the thoughts beyond,in brain and mind to outer stuff,but without mere theoretical connection in love and true love eternal connection to hearts and depth with a slow mood-third eye of slow and quiet-we get a deeper bliss.
Don't connect to violence fast speed bad face,body,personality bad moods of bad tones,styles,expressions,graces without inner beauty images this feels worst for a meditator.
Even in hearted stages,let us never practice emotions,love hatred in suffer ing ways practice straight not crooked and in action roots stages don't fight or stain,areas or put in efforts that are not balanced in relaxed or resting ways.This is injury as we in every depth and roots should have equanimity and sober awareness.
