The Art Of Total Meditation-with both Shiv and Shakti energies-both male and female aspects of brain and heart,integrated with love
Love is the power that unites all aspects of the universe,fine,moderate and structural aspects.The world of atoms,body and soul, all chakras in the kundalini shakti,described in our Indian ancient scriptures.If we stand united in one whole ,all extremes fusing through concentration and meditation "opposites attract" as it is said,we become moderation filled,with comfortable feelings.Neither our too much power, loud, hot heavy states, too positive,as is desire,pleasure,drunk,drugged, sleepy, blood pressure, heart attack, diabetes,owing to too active, jumping to heights, not humbly living safe on the ground,or flying like dead in the skies,dizzy,uneasy,moving in speeds,without peace,with noise.This is not comfortable meditation.
Neither is the weak,too much of quietude too, without living happily,in meditation it is bliss of course that counts most.The brain mood alone,Shiv, showing the way, but not feeling, loving or caring with practical responsibility about self,well being and our own field of OWN world,people family and our own field,bound in as our eternal nature,which is our true l0ove,in our heart of hearts,too much-without these motivating factors,feelings that we explore in finding our sub conscious truths,knowing our self our real love that is-we become depressed deeply.This is dangerous too and we can faint in such weak states of low blood pressure.
We can meditate on a pure state only ,that is moderate makes us comfortable,moderate peace is "bhavana" es meditation" was called ages back,is the central feelings level love that unites the opposites of north and south poles.
Purify and culture the brain and mind and human heart then also,without lying though,saying the truth of your sub conscious hearts,and explore and express,with moderate powers,,comfortable feelings or semi circle,circular nerves,sensitive,fine,gentle pure-clean,instincts only can we make conscious the action,bodies-inner central, practical own nearest worlds,through introspection looking within observe many more thoughts and aspects of feelings,living experiences,discover and observe in meditation,purifying our roots too,not just depths-true love for life,beloved etc.We can meditate on pure,happy,fine,truth,beauty,inner,self,only Opposites unite feel whole,souls,human beings, platonic,able to understand universal ideas too.
The main art of meditation is to develop our better truths in depths and roots,thoughts too feeling much better,not suffering therefore in the many dimensional aspects, chakras that is,attitudes,styles modes,means,cultural purification that we understand through expanded brains awareness-sub conscious too,finely the capacity to feel finer moods,practical experiences of good,bad ,character,true love,bliss, we value in time,
Then we discover and express our truths GAINING A GOOD PICTURE OF OUR FATE
aA man is generally aggressive,loud,straining,not adjusting to God'smolaw's,human importance,rights,personal freedom and non interference,acting instantly.Awoman ios made of semi circle and chakra coforts,blissful nerrves,meditatind,shy,gentle,secretive,not at once acting or reacting,without consideration of feelins,sweet in speech and expression.When we emerge out of our own field,our chakras,neither evil nor ill charactered,selfish ease happy comfort with, we get wounded-this is 5the importance of living in the present moment,which alone is ours.The past is a pre planned attached particular view point.We should view the circular chakra viewpoint of the T.V.of life directly in front,through circular,full eyeviews, purest, objective, equanimous minded,not interfering with crazy disturbed,unclear,ignorant,acting,involved discussion like particular viewpoints-mind is ignorant often in its subjectivity,selfishness,ego,desire,feelings,love,emotions,Even we identify, philosophies ,or concepts of life religious views of fighting angular types, designs-forming not seeing the immediate straight road of our circular present moment,freshly to be lived.In the brains we suffer,although clear sharp,negative tones os bad feelings,moods,modes,loud action plans.Go away from particular thoughts,again mostly the trouble of the mind's interference.Then we will be in the circular eye-space innocent,not crooked in evil
The future is made of impatience or crooked,non innocent interference in results,not leaving them to God or fate.We must then in the heart ,depth level leave all crooked attachments,far off love or feelings,truly, concentratedly,aware,awake,carefully,responsibly,meditatively make our heart and depth love the present.Love our self field happily in the present
Neither,negative,nor too positive,boyh make us fly out of the chakra,with bad character,falling out of the balance of sober blisses without soberness we cant control and live with brain mastery and without sweetness of feeling good moods we cannot walk a step,on a hungry stomach for example,we fly out when negative.Sweet temptations are dangerous. The middle path makes us balanced.
The subject and object love and unite in love relationships,as well as life being such too. The art of living ,walking,slowly,step by step with love to the next moment is th focus all your energies on the reflective object with a purified self with awareness and subsequent controlled correction of all subjective feelings moods,states,good deeds.This is the way not to meet dangers of falling into worldly waters,or mentally involving in the out of the way disturbances of life.Don't react, send pressure,or forces of nature letting out, thoughts, mental vibrations,speeds,speech,noises,powers,loudness,blood pressure sounds,or sharp disturbed airs. Especially when we express evils,ugliness and particular art ,feelings angular loud, materialistically gross,instead of space that we all need.These and many more disturbing out of the way bad charactered moves make us fall, or gain troubles,crossing paths,leaving our body,falling etc.
At the practical level,it is safest to integated awareness with,watch our immediate footsteps,when you love the truest love,as breath,sensations in meditation,realising what is really impotant,valuable,as children's well being for example,before life teaches us .We should have good values and meditate to connect,unite,known as yoga,to out life,all needs fine too,inner central body immediately connect to,whenever however long we can.This immediate practice of love nearest ,central values is blissful,purest.So tackling one by one deeds,mood's works of
happy mood's powers one by one.Tackling too many complex issues or topics injures our brain's health,being heavy,impairing our ability and security.This is one more gain of meditation.
At the level of the brain/mind the time,background quiet clear blackboard circle,blank space on which life gets writ without interference all thoughts should be of the present,as many details.in fineness make up our tendencies,virtues,sins,making our fate-this conscious mind level is not so peaceful,Heart level is more practical, settled.The tendencies of the living levels more permanent tendencies and more lasting basic steadily impressed truths of our self.Heart is more slow,blissful time,not like theoretical madness of false moving speeds of the brain or dreams of the ignorant mind.Finally as we settle in a long span of silence and meditation in the practical living form of our true love-feelings-,truest love-practical closest to self action centres we come close to moments,that are types of chakras as per our individual love make us more and more permanent ,time
The way to meditation on the present moment is to contentedly observe with deep love and concentration ,without losing your heart or energies far off,slowly,peacefully go through that moment,observing,circular,objective chakras,feeling them centrally,peacefully That is dont observe interfering or fast moving reactive forces of nature Practicing peace you will finally learn this art of living peacefully. See a quiet scene not diturbed by moving airs or scenes.Three dimensional reality can be seen peacefully,secondly, see a moderate subjetive peace,of peaceful heart,depth. third dimension,see and feel the state of practical field.
