SELF INSPECTION IS DHARMA
Iwas a seasoned meditator who used to look within.I did not believe that much in looking upwards or flying in the air,worshipping God.
When I yet paid a visit to Brindavan up north in the U.P. district,and then came back home down south to Hyderabad,my home town,Ifound that my mental make up had drastically changed,asif my mind and brain was controlled by some super powers,supernaturally,curbing my freedom of thought.My lower self,selfish of the purified kind that Iusually follow as a meditator,the normal aspect-that we enjoy with meditation's ceansing all round effect-self bondaged(right true love attachment.eternal) settlement on the lower ground all had vanished,or been killed.My depths and roots were gone,many hearts,finer,deeper were killed.I felt empty,deeply disturbed,without the bliss that I had hitherto felt.Iwas talking very fast,excitedly,controlled asif,happy very much yet at God's divine splendor Ihad seen there.,but was undoubtedly deeply ditubed suffering subconsciously.
Soon, as I meditated,I realised that the upper four chakres-brain,mind,thoat,heart-are the coverings of NorthIndian zip and zest oriented air-not the slow quiet secre air that meditators love.The lower chakras(circles) in the stomach-manipurs-below the navel-swadishthana-and lowermost-mooladhars chakra can be awakened back again when we awaken our South Indian aspects.Central India,Munbai,etc. are the heart and depth,centres of moderation between the two high and low centres-man and woman-the lolove mediator as true love rather between two opposites required rightly, in proper ratios.This centre is in the stomach that digests in slow time,making truth emerge from the cauldron of peace,,that looks for real truth (what we really love in truth),not false love,impermanent not truly blissfully satisfying as the self and its nature,individuality.Impermanent,fast flowing,rather flying states are of faces,outer shows,coverings materialistic.
So,meditate on the South and central moods by looking within,listening and hearing intently to the self and genuine lower aspects (uniting and settling therein known as yoga).Mooladhara or basic suppsrt system of the self resides here awakening when we observe finely fully,all arising and passig,coming and going,"chanchal",unsteady,impermanent forms or forces of nature,whether all thoughts,all feelings, all practical stuffs within,sensations,breaths(Vipassana meditation from head to toes and back to head).
When instead of reaching outwardly,ouside of the self you think free of forces controlling ourself by mayas and illusory powers,looks or magics,we be self dependant,-BY WAITING,SLOWLY THINKING,BY WAITING TO BE AWARE OF ALL WE SPEAK AND DO,THINKING OVER CAREFULLY,AGAIN AND AGAIN BEING SURE (ALL THOUGHTS,FEELINGS AND DEEDS)RESPONSIBLY WITH FULL CARING(as of out own kind,not strangsers) this is true love-AND WHEN INSTEAD OF REACTING TO OUTWARDLY STIMULUS WE FREE OUR SELF THOUGHTS THINKING AS THE SELF AND ITS INDEPENDANT INNER GURE WANTS TO,THIS IS MEDITATION.Steadily meditate on looking within and thinking feeling and acting with steadiest self thinking and willing.
