Meditation Redefined,Reviewed,Revisited
What is the main point in meditation?Feeling,viewing truth fully and thereby correcting it,thoroughly, finely,fully.For a long time,waiting patiently feeling in one spot,one detail and then realising, completely in detail with sensibility(sensibility is the sensitivity of our honour,higher,purer culture),sensitively,with all kinds of hearts,including finer hearts what we are actually feeling-this we can discover only in meditation-that is we spread better moods across the world and to others and feel much better definately mont comfortably.
Now we can know(and feel) the truth of our love and own reality.So,concentrate on one spot or type for a reasonablly long time,at best one hour is decisive.Even see properly with an all round view,settling centrally, and in a blank like quiet,which will enable you to notice the entire view of which(compounded) truth of life is made up in feeling and practical types,showing on our faces and personalities.In space,truth(good truth only is the real truth) and peace miracles move all in life controlling our thoughts,not even sparing them.
In meditation things happen by themselves.Surrender to this infinite peace,space, and quiet in purest truth and it will hypnotise you into the best life possible moving every inch of your mind and body.One can never understand or realise how ones body feels in its real finest inner moments,sensations and daily life needs,experiences even eating resting and the like.What the body feels will be decided in meditation of course for purer persons with clean habits eyes,senses etc. without several brain's and mental hang ups, complicated habits and feelings.When the effect of meditation's guidance and looking after runs out,revive it again.
