Thiestic meditation
Many people tell us to meditate on God.This is an important concept of meditation.Meditation itself is God. This will be appreciated by finer people who are able to see,realise and understand more truths of life than that bwhich grossly appears.This is a part of the concept of "universal God" rather than the personal God,who stands for and depicts,shows universal realities and life in all its finest aspects,including ultimate truths hidden in nature, experienced in life. ataheir faces,namews,etc. show us divinely inspiring truths.
Meditators who learn to experiencially worship life,worship its happiness,selfish well being and good values that is,health and life,pure,blissful and divine,peace, higher states.Mainly they worship God as the supreme universal soul and the individual soul,energy-prana.In meditation many artistic,creative,constructive,utilitarian,welfare oriented and healthy types as all should be worship goodness mainly and its many forms like -cleanliness,silence sans noise"sensitvity hates it and loves silence in its three forms of silenceo of hearts,peace of mind and quiet of non moving actions or instincts that are subconscios spurrers of right action",happiness and posivity,gentleness sans aggressive and violence9as bad characterd injuries by aggressiveness of men towards gentle,sensivity of women whose bodies are developed to understand character feelings,lovind and protectind their bodies),and,fifth, lowwer moods of purer,higher and divine ones.
The other important moods that lend us security and well being in meditation and lives(a part of samadhi experience) are soft,not loud,fine,not gross,cool,not hot(wrong passion especially),light,not wrongly heavy(except for caring,responsibility,not tension or worry(just go og ,but be careful too) and not pleasure or wrong kind of(diabetic,wrong selfishness,desire that make us suffer or uneasy-we shouls live with our straight,inner joys,bliss-brownish too-).We want peace and higher conducts,posive thoughts.There is no greater suffering than insensitive happiness,sans bliss without which9true love)nobody can live.
So,let us bear in mind some tips-Wait always to realise what you are really feeling inside the boy,within,centrally,finely-the thick skinned are evil especially good actions are too important, common sense and resposibility,understanding with visual insicht,clear understanding,insight make us feel at once.Dont intantlly react,but wait for central expression.A vipassana meditatorrealises the pain of the body sensitively yet not being lazy or diabetic in pleasure habits,so with higher,sober,sensibilityu of a spiritually elevavated body off good deeds,pure,clean.
This is only possible when you are equanimously observing peacefully every mood of the body and its feelings,inner hearts,depths,roots in it observe without reacting mentally with tension or fear or suffering involvements and movements.

We best feel as meditators when we live within and dont deviate from the straight path of the chakres-circular fields protecting our nervous feelings.
Sahasrara chakra-brain chakra-don't think of outside world or far off persons or scenes,basically that is staying withing our immediate feeling-practical living field,
Ajna chakra-mind chakra-control the racing-pacing disturbed mind's selfishness,ego,desires,irrational thoughts and feelings(of hearts too),emotions,irrational attachments,movements with a stern strong will of brain's objective ideas pure and good too,overthe free thoughts that bind us to madness and sufferings galore.Thus we stay in the chakra of the mind.Avoid particular types loving circular pattens9atoms,finely speaking)
Vishuddhi chakra-sweet speech in the throat part-be positive as happy people are pure and spread not curses ,bad moods or frustrations as the depressed do(rid the complexes of pasts and all sorrows from depths cleaning it into a positive one)then we spread happiness and bliss peace and cheer all over the world.Only then we are liked and wanted in God's world,not punished or dead.Positive are clean and make others happy wishing others happiness,not rude,sending frusration but sending sweetspeech.Sweetness does good.
Anahata chakra-heart in the chest -human centre feel good wishes,not ill but dont care for anybody,that will make your heart suffer too.Rid tensions,excitements etc.that cause sufferig and heart trouble.Be selfish basically.then alone you will understand other's selfishness,needsand personal life.This is the perfect way to stay in your heart,without moving,interfering in the world or other's lives,a meditation principle,and stay in the chakra with sanity of heart and not being worldly.
Manipura chakra-stomach centre-centr ot digesting with full sane awareness,understanding mature ideas and good lasting eternal values9memory too)about who or what is our own,individuality based(self based)that what is MADE FOR THE WSELF AND DREAMS-GIVING US THE DEEPEST AND GREATEST JOY-NON ALLERGIC AND MADE FOR OUT STRUCTURE(BRAIN HEART,ETC.) So do eternal,wise meditators of pure thoughts ,doing what thoir love and liking (of mind and brain's happiness too always happily living) and true love every moment in every daily life matter too,(loving always),stay in their chosen and settled path and field 0f their self,with character towards their true love always.Deviate neverfrom this chakra of settled life in the self-next to self and true love-you can sense.
Swadishthana and mooladara chakras-below the navels,sensitively estalished-action centres of the instincts-Non action basically not planning deeds in the worlds makes us quiet in the prana-energy- and spiritualways free from so many supernatural sufferings and complications-so reduce mad ideas in the brain ,mind and self too that will make you sail in supernatural and ever new wordly wasteful experiences.May all be liberated from what our scriptures calldesire tendencies-"vasanas" and the Buddha termed as action tendencies "sankharas"(sanskaras as we call it.Stay thus even more further next to the self in this swadishthana chakra.
In the mooladhara chakra, we beccome in feelings, intellect(thoughts with happiness and fee lings that is feeling brain-wisdom-) and deepest,root's mind,of just observing the self and mind. We observe and introspect so much,have so much of self mastery on our mind and every finest thought too(closely watching our thouths makes us in the bodily (inner )awareness-in the main support chakra of our life(mooladhara) we go beyond every "chanchal"moving,swaying,unsteady psyche or in the four walls of our life. When you meditate from head to toe, and toe to head in a particular sequential order, awakening sensations in every 2 inch strips (as Goenka Ji said) of the body, it will take time of many days and hours to awaken your inner body's, inner subconscious self and minds, hearts and depths (sensations are made of hearts, while breaths are made of awakening roots) to the fullest, knowing your actual self and thoughts, upto muladharas (inner guru) which guides the persons who have sanity, insightful wisdom, in the brain's intellects. Go beyond brain, to observe the swing of thoughts from positive slant to negative slant, staying and watching with a balanced beyond eye. Every thought should have hearts and depths and roots too (actions, action plans) and intellectual purity and wisdom in it. Then it is a perfectly sane brain. Then the personality and beauty, inner sparkle, or "tej" awakens, our face glows, the face and body glows as a whole. Inner chakras, manipura in stomach (digesting and after images affects) muladhar and legs too, finest feelings, nirvana and soul, all appear on the face, and all the insides express when you meditate, for the meditator has such a magical personality that draws the purest life and fate to itself. The person with love and good moods, beauty and feelings, true love, gets a great life, coming to himself/ herself. Thereby, the personality develops for a meditator. Secondly, the sane intellect gains a hearing power, that is best developed in meditation, wherein we hear not only the heights of heaven, the moderation of earth, but mainly the depths of our subconscious, SELF AND TRUTHS TOO. Eyes also (third eye) awakens when our ignorance sheds, and we introspect over our good deeds, purities, and love. Inner deeds, tendencies, all should be weighed. Every thought, every action should be corrected, purified, sanified, for our full eyes to open, ignorance shed, and all round hearing power developed. Thus our eyes remain healthy also always. Finally, when we observe the whole body and it's sensations, the body gains "bhanga", that is, it dissolves into fine wavelets, vibrations, electricity, etc. Even the breath becomes inner, softer, not physical. The body made of mud goes back to the mud again, but inner bodies thus made and developed remain. But to live onwards, and avoid supernatural swimming or sailing, to discover our complex ideas, we should get out of strange ideas or deeds and feelings. Also the body and souls unites, to form life. So we should be practical, seeing both together. This is yoga of practical spirituality. Dont forget the most important benefit of "samadhi". The perfect purest, blissful experience in meditation (and life perfect), after which we never fall to the ills of lower life, and unhealthy practices again. So get as many best experiences, feelings, sights. These good moments should be as many as possible, to tide us through bad times. Meditation makes our whole body focus on the bottom of the spine, from where heavenly vibes, divine arise, running throughout. Suppressed troubles of stormy breaths, and over-strong energy and praan, and agitated sensations (we may not notice consciously while rushing in the world) suddenly arise to the consciousness, causing sufferings to conscious lifes. Subconscious suppressions of negativities always tend to arise to raise their ugly head consciously. Inner pains and stormy breaths stopping, leading to quiet sensations, states our Vipassana meditation. Even cure the ideas, deeds, feelings, states and love for bad ills, so as to reach Vipassana states better. So Vipassana and meditation reduces the tension and agitations and sufferings in the subconscious body.
DHARMA-VIRTUE SAVES US FROM A FALL
When you are straight,not crooked not distracted or diffracted in yuur presence of mind,heart depth,soul or root,s and finer God's hearts all abiding in our chakras(circular presences in the central systems of nerves within the body and all parts of our self)you will not fall out of the chakra presences that are like armour protectionsin us,you will not fall out of your equanimity of mind,heart,etc. out into the worldly waters,rather storms,fires and such many dangers outside our circular field of the self,structure and ultimate truths of a permanent nature next to our self and true love-not far away9that is not out real true love or true self's identity).
So,have presennce of mind in the present-even deep and heart's rooted presences.Be straight in heart and depth and roots too.That is,by having straight love,true love,dharma and virtue which is the straight and normal way of actions and life.Good deedes is the straight path surrounding our immediate life and body like our aura that saves us always.So,never, never give your heart. It feels awful to miss your heart and depth and bliss.
Thus our nerves should be staight.Our nerves actually we create every moment and these structures and incarnations that we are made of inside we feel and endure.We will be straight best when we go beyond and observe our mind(and heart etc.everysubtle move within our depths and roots right down to our facial expressions and mannerisms in fineness of detail),ego selfishness and allin the mind obtaining full control over the madnesses of the mind,which does the main diffraction and distraction af the mind and all else. Evil and bad character emerge thus.Never think of others basically staying within the self feeling this strong pillar of solid strength when the self never reacts to anybody who may be evil to us.
Thus we shall not express ourselves instantly,unthinkingly.We meditate to express ourself centrally,totally.So.live inside the body and also,purify and clean our outer aspects too.Life is a union of both body and soul9including mind heaht).To be eternal both should be pure and love too.

The Jnana Yoga Path
Meditation develops our awareness of everything,nay, every detail of life.You must get feeling's knowledge called as heart intellect and also experiential from knowledge based on experiense and sanity.This is called "understading",which should develop in every direction and aspect of life making our life blissful and successful,with self benefit-without self benefit there is no meaning or motivation in life.
Every word,every feeling,every experience should be SLOWLY,CLEARLY,SURELY,WITHOUT A DOUBT,IGNORANCE OR MADNESS be absorbed and understood digested in slow speed feeling sensitively purely finely sure in detail about the matter -this makes life blissful and is meditation.Disease is dis-ease!To eradicate ignorance see yourself directly,what it is doing,feeling or thinking.Ignorance is the worst curse on mankind,the worst death of shutting your eyes to the ultimete truth,the mattering truth.Get out of ignorance and insanity and the light will be yours.
See every word in detail.Be aware of it again and again-from every angle,slowly,quietly alsodeveloping clarity and sanity again and again,so much so,to meditate on all the words,till you reach the stage where you will hear words and truths in your own thoughts which of course must be wise,pure sane insightfully visualising truth-not truth with conscios coverings,but sub conscious,ultimate truths of our bodily practical journey too.
Developing our brains nto "jnana yoga' means to think even selfish,happy,gentle thoughts of depths and roots feelings,Godly and ultimate feelings and truths,wisdom spiritual and the like.Then we will understand the world in truth and others needs too{lowwer life too).Understandig life deeply,others deeply seeing deeper truths on every face of life alone makes us a "jnana yogi',with good thoughs and a purifiad intellect. On an empty stomach we cannot meditate,nor can we gain the support of our several hearts {even fine) without subjective haness and conquer our depths withiout analysing their feelings and gaining their(deep) bliss.
Mastere even introspection over all our deeds and thout natures that are responsible for our outer deeds and subsequently our fate.Thus.thereby is the development of our intense hearing power of life around and within.IF YOU ARE LISTENING KEENLY YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ANSCER (PURE)DEFINATELY.
Now the mind:As per the viewpoint your experience,attitude and behavior shall be determined."As we think so we are" is the truth and this alone makes us able in life.
