What does meditation do for us?
It corrects our attitude, even deeply and rootedly. Then we will feel no serpentine or negative thorns poking us from inside, and we'll have a better and purer godly incarnation.

observe your breaths, sensations and body, thoughts too. When you observe with awareness and equanimity of mind and depths not only suffering goes and you feel good but your inner third eyes awaken and guide you deeply freeing you from attachments to false or impure and make you realise to attach to purer depths and true love inner and outer.Try this attitude to meditation. This is vipassana bhavana.
