How Awareness enlightens meditation
Awareness shines its clean,bright(not too bright-even pleasantly,even dim)glow of light,known as spirituality in our "shastras",scriptures that is,shines on purified,friendly for example, objects alone(clean,silent,gentle, soft,smooth etc.}The subject-object relationship that is life, the subject shines on beautiful,-good mood-comfortale-feelings-sensitivity-purity objects alone that it can bear inside itself.What is inside alone can be borne and settles,is called "samana",to clasp that is the object lovingly in its fold,in its fold,in its bosom,at rest with it,for long, followind the test of time,as in silence and meditation practice. We can samao or bear only the such,that feels clean and our own kind,our true love,individuality"apnapan'.oneness etc There is intimacy in personal self loving settlement.
Similarly even a light kind of drunkenness or intoxicating hypnotism,feels good and helps lead our path or run us through life as per the almighty's wishes. This is how our world runs alright without mistakes.So we get drunk by God's images,Godliness,gooness to love ,healthy outlooks,which protect and run us well,blessing us with good lucl too.Never get dirty odd hypnotism or meet evil and evil company.Don't get drunken as a weakness.Objectivity comes first, then decent kinds of subjectivity(mind,heart,soul,depth.roots.deeds,soothing too) should be of a purified type alone as in good clean,high purified lower life lower states and moods,based on selfishness that never injures others, right and good feeling evils only.Such lower life is heart and depth type and is soothing requiredby all. So tolerate others and our own weaknesses,of right goog moods types,spreading sensitive good moods all round the world.Never curse anybody.Bad vibes of bad evils or bad character(manly aggressivenesstoo),kills our good moods and depyhs,hearts instantly.Never hurt any heart.
In awareness is a beautiful trance,purified and good,that is a part of spiritual illuminatin.So keep a good kind of ignorance,in meditation to ignore evils,ugly or disturbing works.
Also,awareness(with drunk) from within the body and all depths and roots one by one,in Vipassana,awareness of breaths and sensatins and the whole body from within awakened by sensations and breath's awakening awakens all depths and roots,blissfully making us in a central inner body,with inner bliss painless within.This is a wonderful feeling state.Dont live in he outer body ever.For achieving both these gains-even self hypnosys that meditation sends us,suitably_
let us purify our attitude mainly,then styles,moods,mannerisms,means of doing something ,without fighting,unpleasant,burning,stormy feelings in roots,deep withing while doing deeds,are our instincts.Beautify your roots.
'Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder'says a popular saying.In fact everything is in the eyes,attitude,deeds of the beholder-feeler-doer.What you put forth or spread in the world comes to us alon.
Finally,depth the foundation of the building of life when purified,that is when we are more sincerely or genuinely,basically corrected (positive makes ithers happy while the unhappy spread frustration,rudely is the simple thruth of goodness purity-the selfish understand others needs too)-such deep and even roots corrected(basic tendencies of deeds)people get a good fate and such beauty that draws to us the best.

THE TOTAL YOGA
"Total Yoga" means to be integrated and united in all aspects of life,being stuctural in approach-normal.To awaken all the chakras in the body,from head to toe,we need to live a well balanced life, doing some activity in all levelsfocussing attention and awareness,that is meditation on all parts from head to toe,as in Vipassana, as in Yoga exercises.
For example,when we eat and drink,we awaken the stomach's digestion of the manipura chakra which enables us to digest deeply all experiances truths and ideas,making these eternal in memory as true love knowing what suits us most structurally.
Schizophrenia results when we regard spiritual development as divorced from daily life,higher life different from lower,personal life etc.Living in the present means all aspects of life integrated into a total whole,not only in viewpoint,but also circular feelings,united love,and total,circular experience.Past and future having no entity,being theoretical,or in dreams and movents ,flying in the air,without quiet,moving,is partial in type and effect on our personality.
Integration and total living are ih yhe present moment alone,being,3-D,brain-mind,heart-depth-practical and experiential action level of living.
Osho Rajneesh 's book teaches us the Zen technique-"Try it my way" teaches us a unique scince of meditation without asking questions,seekins intellectual thinking ways,which he says comes in the way of our seeing life as it is.We miss the actual vision"when we think we miss the point " he states emphatically. We should realise that thinking and brain-mind experience fails unless perfectly sane and wise without coverings of outer faces(brains make us evil,materialistc,insane,misunderstandings with )makes us not experience or see feelings,experiences that bring enlightenment to the intellect too.He also discloses to understanding people,that illumination comes in the immediate moment and instant,not through "self cultivation" for years or ages. Illumination is present here and now as per him. This does not mean that we should stop thinking -perfectly of course- or stop self cultivation and development,but it again points out the value of experiential viewpoints and removal of false outer intellectual coverings,awakening to the root's reality of the present moment.Living a normal life is the way,that has innumerable benefits. Even he makes us aware that an innocent viewpoit is needed so that we dont anymore be deluded by stange,complicated ,false,imaginative or ,most important evil viewpoints.Irealise that by this path we can develop our intellect to see the ultimate truth, by experiential wisdom(circular) which sees reality,blissful.
How ca you get the enlightenment of the present moment? Face the troubles and clear up the troubles of heavy viewpoints ,even loud,gross,hot,excitable-desire-wrong selfishness-ego etc, that we suffer life after life.Tackle thes4e and all negative problems that create stomy weathers,flames,thorns,fighting attitudes,impulses,and instincts,bad sensations,troublesome breaths and very bad moods os states-fine and gross statesof existence.When you dont face troubles, though not in a suffering but a nishkama karme-dispassionate ,positive manner-you will be with superficial positivity with suppressed storms or flames of negativity underground.This is a dangerous situation to put it mildly.Actually this is meditation when you lightly face the truths.

Avoid Supernatural Powers in Meditation-Be Practical
Never ,never make the mistake of turning to supernatural visions or powers or experiences in meditation or life these are strange art forms love or tendencies,even sinful and ugly most often leading us to get stuck in supernatural experienses,hallucinations etc.,sufferin often worst feeling sufferings too.And you will move out of your own field to others worlds getting tied, bound and out of the chakrasor circular fields which meditation makes us straight and estashed in,feeling blissfully comfortable,peacefully steadily eternally settled therby.
So,you must study,picking up a best world, while being not made of black magic tricks against others.
Dont fly out of the body ever.You will obtain a dead experience thereby,instead of learning a life connected to practical living and feelings,not theories and complicated thoughts and mentalities that make us bereft of bliss and life too meaningless to live on in.
We should have good eyes,taste and purified senses to obtain healthy powers(they come automatically far good peole,even more when their deeper and root's habits are also purest.
We need the heart in thechest,to love human too,with finer moods and also our stomach's,digestive,manipura chakra's true ,personal love more practical and gross-selfish-then near the person we extremely more feel for,made for our self,felt as nearer our self-true love.While human love is friendship and should be pure,not crossing personal limits,true love is needed personally to continue our body's feeling for warmth, energy and gentleness love,sensitivity,higher,sensibility,culture ego,honour too. The body runs eternally healthy after thus becoming a sensitive inner finer ,rather finest(even deeper and roots,mooladhara chakra )organism.A deeper relation is forged only in true love wive respect,love,sensitive handling,good character.Even human goodness is essential for this relationship,which meditation,especially vippassana helps to awaken in the body.S ensations awaken all over the body of the purest kind,never dirty,vulgar or very low.
Even brahmacharya should be yet maintained because our individuality and feeling of freedom are important extremely. one more point to bear in mind is that we love our body for our character feeling's and a man's roughness'violence injures a woman's sensitivity and gentleness.Just bear this in mind and be careful. Meditation enables us all a woman's gentle experiennce and sensitive subjective moods.

Now we can know(and feel) the truth of our love and own reality.So,concentrate on one spot or type for a reasonablly long time,at best one hour is decisive.Even see properly with an all round view,settling centrally, and in a blank like quiet,which will enable you to notice the entire view of which(compounded) truth of life is made up in feeling and practical types,showing on our faces and personalities.In space,truth(good truth only is the real truth) and peace miracles move all in life controlling our thoughts,not even sparing them.

Thiestic meditation
Many people tell us to meditate on God.This is an important concept of meditation.Meditation itself is God. This will be appreciated by finer people who are able to see,realise and understand more truths of life than that bwhich grossly appears.This is a part of the concept of "universal God" rather than the personal God,who stands for and depicts,shows universal realities and life in all its finest aspects,including ultimate truths hidden in nature, experienced in life. ataheir faces,namews,etc. show us divinely inspiring truths.
Meditators who learn to experiencially worship life,worship its happiness,selfish well being and good values that is,health and life,pure,blissful and divine,peace, higher states.Mainly they worship God as the supreme universal soul and the individual soul,energy-prana.In meditation many artistic,creative,constructive,utilitarian,welfare oriented and healthy types as all should be worship goodness mainly and its many forms like -cleanliness,silence sans noise"sensitvity hates it and loves silence in its three forms of silenceo of hearts,peace of mind and quiet of non moving actions or instincts that are subconscios spurrers of right action",happiness and posivity,gentleness sans aggressive and violence9as bad characterd injuries by aggressiveness of men towards gentle,sensivity of women whose bodies are developed to understand character feelings,lovind and protectind their bodies),and,fifth, lowwer moods of purer,higher and divine ones.
The other important moods that lend us security and well being in meditation and lives(a part of samadhi experience) are soft,not loud,fine,not gross,cool,not hot(wrong passion especially),light,not wrongly heavy(except for caring,responsibility,not tension or worry(just go og ,but be careful too) and not pleasure or wrong kind of(diabetic,wrong selfishness,desire that make us suffer or uneasy-we shouls live with our straight,inner joys,bliss-brownish too-).We want peace and higher conducts,posive thoughts.There is no greater suffering than insensitive happiness,sans bliss without which9true love)nobody can live.
So,let us bear in mind some tips-Wait always to realise what you are really feeling inside the boy,within,centrally,finely-the thick skinned are evil especially good actions are too important, common sense and resposibility,understanding with visual insicht,clear understanding,insight make us feel at once.Dont intantlly react,but wait for central expression.A vipassana meditatorrealises the pain of the body sensitively yet not being lazy or diabetic in pleasure habits,so with higher,sober,sensibilityu of a spiritually elevavated body off good deeds,pure,clean.
This is only possible when you are equanimously observing peacefully every mood of the body and its feelings,inner hearts,depths,roots in it observe without reacting mentally with tension or fear or suffering involvements and movements.
We best feel as meditators when we live within and dont deviate from the straight path of the chakres-circular fields protecting our nervous feelings.
Sahasrara chakra-brain chakra-don't think of outside world or far off persons or scenes,basically that is staying withing our immediate feeling-practical living field,
Ajna chakra-mind chakra-control the racing-pacing disturbed mind's selfishness,ego,desires,irrational thoughts and feelings(of hearts too),emotions,irrational attachments,movements with a stern strong will of brain's objective ideas pure and good too,overthe free thoughts that bind us to madness and sufferings galore.Thus we stay in the chakra of the mind.Avoid particular types loving circular pattens9atoms,finely speaking)
Vishuddhi chakra-sweet speech in the throat part-be positive as happy people are pure and spread not curses ,bad moods or frustrations as the depressed do(rid the complexes of pasts and all sorrows from depths cleaning it into a positive one)then we spread happiness and bliss peace and cheer all over the world.Only then we are liked and wanted in God's world,not punished or dead.Positive are clean and make others happy wishing others happiness,not rude,sending frusration but sending sweetspeech.Sweetness does good.
Anahata chakra-heart in the chest -human centre feel good wishes,not ill but dont care for anybody,that will make your heart suffer too.Rid tensions,excitements etc.that cause sufferig and heart trouble.Be selfish basically.then alone you will understand other's selfishness,needsand personal life.This is the perfect way to stay in your heart,without moving,interfering in the world or other's lives,a meditation principle,and stay in the chakra with sanity of heart and not being worldly.

Swadishthana and mooladara chakras-below the navels,sensitively estalished-action centres of the instincts-Non action basically not planning deeds in the worlds makes us quiet in the prana-energy- and spiritualways free from so many supernatural sufferings and complications-so reduce mad ideas in the brain ,mind and self too that will make you sail in supernatural and ever new wordly wasteful experiences.May all be liberated from what our scriptures calldesire tendencies-"vasanas" and the Buddha termed as action tendencies "sankharas"(sanskaras as we call it.Stay thus even more further next to the self in this swadishthana chakra.
In the mooladhara chakra, we beccome in feelings, intellect(thoughts with happiness and fee lings that is feeling brain-wisdom-) and deepest,root's mind,of just observing the self and mind. We observe and introspect so much,have so much of self mastery on our mind and every finest thought too(closely watching our thouths makes us in the bodily (inner )awareness-in the main support chakra of our life(mooladhara) we go beyond every "chanchal"moving,swaying,unsteady psyche or in the four walls of our life. Swadishthana and mooladara chakras-below the navels,sensitively estalished-action centres of the instincts-Non action basically not planning deeds in the worlds makes us quiet in the prana-energy- and spiritualways free from so many supernatural sufferings and complications-so reduce mad ideas in the brain ,mind and self too that will make you sail in supernatural and ever new wordly wasteful experiences.May all be liberated from what our scriptures calldesire tendencies-"vasanas" and the Buddha termed as action tendencies "sankharas"(sanskaras as we call it.Stay thus even more further next to the self in this swadishthana chakra.
In the mooladhara chakra, we beccome in feelings, intellect(thoughts with happiness and fee lings that is feeling brain-wisdom-) and deepest,root's mind,of just observing the self and mind. We observe and introspect so much,have so much of self mastery on our mind and every finest thought too(closely watching our thouths makes us in the bodily (inner )awareness-in the main support chakra of our life(mooladhara) we go beyond every "chanchal"moving,swaying,unsteady psyche or in the four walls of our life. When you meditate from head to toe, and toe to head in a particular sequential order, awakening sensations in every 2 inch strips (as Goenka Ji said) of the body, it will take time of many days and hours to awaken your inner body's, inner subconscious self and minds, hearts and depths (sensations are made of hearts, while breaths are made of awakening roots) to the fullest, knowing your actual self and thoughts, upto muladharas (inner guru) which guides the persons who have sanity, insightful wisdom, in the brain's intellects. Go beyond brain, to observe the swing of thoughts from positive slant to negative slant, staying and watching with a balanced beyond eye. Every thought should have hearts and depths and roots too (actions, action plans) and intellectual purity and wisdom in it. Then it is a perfectly sane brain. Then the personality and beauty, inner sparkle, or "tej" awakens, our face glows, the face and body glows as a whole. Inner chakras, manipura in stomach (digesting and after images affects) muladhar and legs too, finest feelings, nirvana and soul, all appear on the face, and all the insides express when you meditate, for the meditator has such a magical personality that draws the purest life and fate to itself. The person with love and good moods, beauty and feelings, true love, gets a great life, coming to himself/ herself. Thereby, the personality develops for a meditator. Secondly, the sane intellect gains a hearing power, that is best developed in meditation, wherein we hear not only the heights of heaven, the moderation of earth, but mainly the depths of our subconscious, SELF AND TRUTHS TOO. Eyes also (third eye) awakens when our ignorance sheds, and we introspect over our good deeds, purities, and love. Inner deeds, tendencies, all should be weighed. Every thought, every action should be corrected, purified, sanified, for our full eyes to open, ignorance shed, and all round hearing power developed. Thus our eyes remain healthy also always. Finally, when we observe the whole body and it's sensations, the body gains "bhanga", that is, it dissolves into fine wavelets, vibrations, electricity, etc. Even the breath becomes inner, softer, not physical. The body made of mud goes back to the mud again, but inner bodies thus made and developed remain. But to live onwards, and avoid supernatural swimming or sailing, to discover our complex ideas, we should get out of strange ideas or deeds and feelings. Also the body and souls unites, to form life. So we should be practical, seeing both together. This is yoga of practical spirituality. Dont forget the most important benefit of "samadhi". The perfect purest, blissful experience in meditation (and life perfect), after which we never fall to the ills of lower life, and unhealthy practices again. So get as many best experiences, feelings, sights. These good moments should be as many as possible, to tide us through bad times. Meditation makes our whole body focus on the bottom of the spine, from where heavenly vibes, divine arise, running throughout. Suppressed troubles of stormy breaths, and over-strong energy and praan, and agitated sensations (we may not notice consciously while rushing in the world) suddenly arise to the consciousness, causing sufferings to conscious lifes. Subconscious suppressions of negativities always tend to arise to raise their ugly head consciously. Inner pains and stormy breaths stopping, leading to quiet sensations, states our Vipassana meditation. Even cure the ideas, deeds, feelings, states and love for bad ills, so as to reach Vipassana states better. So Vipassana and meditation reduces the tension and agitations and sufferings in the subconscious body.
DHARMA-VIRTUE SAVES US FROM A FALL
When you are straight,not crooked not distracted or diffracted in yuur presence of mind,heart depth,soul or root,s and finer God's hearts all abiding in our chakras(circular presences in the central systems of nerves within the body and all parts of our self)you will not fall out of the chakra presences that are like armour protectionsin us,you will not fall out of your equanimity of mind,heart,etc. out into the worldly waters,rather storms,fires and such many dangers outside our circular field of the self,structure and ultimate truths of a permanent nature next to our self and true love-not far away9that is not out real true love or true self's identity).
So,have presennce of mind in the present-even deep and heart's rooted presences.Be straight in heart and depth and roots too.That is,by having straight love,true love,dharma and virtue which is the straight and normal way of actions and life.Good deedes is the straight path surrounding our immediate life and body like our aura that saves us always.So,never, never give your heart. It feels awful to miss your heart and depth and bliss.
Thus our nerves should be staight.Our nerves actually we create every moment and these structures and incarnations that we are made of inside we feel and endure.We will be straight best when we go beyond and observe our mind(and heart etc.everysubtle move within our depths and roots right down to our facial expressions and mannerisms in fineness of detail),ego selfishness and allin the mind obtaining full control over the madnesses of the mind,which does the main diffraction and distraction af the mind and all else. Evil and bad character emerge thus.Never think of others basically staying within the self feeling this strong pillar of solid strength when the self never reacts to anybody who may be evil to us.
Thus we shall not express ourselves instantly,unthinkingly.We meditate to express ourself centrally,totally.So.live inside the body and also,purify and clean our outer aspects too.Life is a union of both body and soul9including mind heaht).To be eternal both should be pure and love too.

Indian Philosophy
"Advaita"-There is the self and noth8ing else.There is only this and the world is a reflection of this self or soul.
"D waita"-duality-there is one more factor than theself.This is the world or life.When treated as materialism it leads us to the soil of death.
"Vishishtadvaita"-special dualism-thereis one more truth,the world of life,it is true but it is the reflection of our self and related to it standing in front of us as if ,our beloved rather true love that is life humanised delighting us therefore in the form of our own life own kind according to our preferencesand true love.This can be eternal as per our faithfulness towards the true love path.See to it that you love deeply and care with your personal true love,your life whereveryou go.
Develop this loving,blissful nature to life in depth and root(see what kind of life this meditation bestows you of spiritually developed unique joys and thank the institution of silence and meditation all yor life-those who gain they alone know the value of true love in meditation and silence)through the path of yoga in three stages:
"Dharana"-contemplation of brain and mind on the object in front of you(lying down preferably near the cornerof your bed where the self and true love rest)Brins peace and focusses the brain and mind's destractions.
"Dhyana "-after about ten or fifteen minutes of contemplation,the heart and heart and depth(true based heart)starts appearing to the concios lif and mind by concentration of hearts on the object concerrned.Never give your heart or deep heart for that matter to a distant persson,object,or place.Bliss is in concentrating and owning your heart within the field of the true beloved and immediate life.
"S amadhi"-the third level of living is to focus your deeds or "karmas" on your immediate world nearest to your body concerninig your self own people,own home and own world.I n fact we should make our deeds tendencies (even ideas) that we subconscioue=sly entertain correct absentto actionlessness and no far off deeds makes uur forces of nature and supernatural wanderings go,saving us thereby.So after about fifteen minutes more of staring at the object our action ,body instincts also concentrate with devotion and single track awarenessof swadishthana and mooladhara chakra levels start appearing to conscious life and mind levels enriching our lives with the good vibes of these clean roots(attitudes and good feeling good moods impulses of acting without fighting uncomfortably,stormy,hot modes and means of straining,stuggling evil desire etc.)
So meditatorsof a sincere corrected purified(deeply clean means pure,more than ordinary corrections.blissful)live not only at the brain or mind kind of life or run a superfiicial home lifeas such.They live with depth too and then with roots life too. Their environment has tese levels of life and their awakened third eyes see depth and roots cl4eanliness and purity.
When one knows,nay,understands the blessings and bliss of meditation one would try it sooner.

Look within is the main rule in meditation.Don't forget how you shut your eyes and scan the sub conscious depths about which it is said that the sub conscious is an endless reservoir of unlimited resources as powers wealth well being intelligence and the like.And we explore our roots of actions practical life ending with the self (totally purified in the subconscios which takes a stock of ouir deeds and is God basically subconsciously all runs the world even if it means that we punish the self when wrong). When a person is sane totally to the extent of understanding subconscios supernatrals by under standing a womans brain too full of feelings,wisdom,religious feelings,human feelings,selfishness,basically with liking-disliking,love-hate(heart),true love-true hatred (subconsciouly in truth longer lasting in fact eternal feelings are in the depth-depth has memory). A man's scientific brain receives the feeling,insightful understanding(is feeling,practical thoughts)from a woman and then only it is total sanity that can meditatewith feeling depth and experience roots of eperiencing bodily experiences transcending bodily madness,and gain a mooladhara chakra experience too.

Buddha's Technique- Vipassana Meditation
Enjoy better health through this technique- propagated in this age by our Guruji- S.N. Goenka. We all know basically that health comes to people with good taste, good bodies made of good deeds (temple body), pure and clean habits, love for good environments, good company, and the like. Ill-health comes to those, and from those who meet others, who like wrong company, who like infections and virus around them, by doing bad deeds or courting bad thoughts and bad feelings. Live in clean air. What our world requires is a world without mental pollution of low and evil first of all. Our homes will have a good environment and prosperity, only with good thoughts and good behaviour- reveberating and echoing through them. (Good depths and roots too). Meet the good, and meet a good fate thereby.
Buddha discovered that the body-mind connection being there, breath and sensations of the body (now we know our face, personality also are according to our nature) are connected to our mind. So with desire, anger syndrome of wrong positivity and negativities, raga-dwesha, as he called the devils that eat our peace and comfort within, cause our breaths to heave, and get disturbed and loud, uneasy, and as well as the sensations to become excited, flared up, and painful. So, his technique makes us observe the (softer) breath in the nostrils area alone, not heart, lungs or stomach or deeper areas, that is not deep breathing at this stage; not regulating the breath, just observing it with equanimity, without reacting. Awareness and equanimity, properly maintained towards sensations from head to toe and toe to head in a more or less circular and systematic order (making us in the central chakra- the hriday chakra) in between the heart and stomach, brings back peace, bliss, security, health, well-being, by quietening breaths, sensations, pains centrally within the body disappear. When inner pains disappear, pin prick also on the body will not suffer so much as it will when the inner central organisms in the body have pain. This is the one very big, good benefit of Vipassana meditation. The whole body will become full of sensations, which feel wonderfully blissful and peaceful- not disturbed, painful, dirty ones. Practice the meditation with good character, Brahmachariya, good thoughts, Ahimsa (non-injury), non-stealing( not going after excesses, but moderation in wealth). When we do this, our excess frills and coverings of all spiritual stuff shed, and our natural, real, naked inner truths and self emerge. Buddha refers to Aniccha- the impermanence law. Let us take to permanence within, shedding all false, upper chakras, and reaching the Muladhara chakra at the base of the spine, where the real truths of the self, spirituality, Nirvana, of nothingness, blank, zero, out of space emerges the best, permanent, true love life.
My comments on this technique which feels wonderful when practiced-
a) Blood pressure-increases when are selfish,egoistic,desire,anger, exitements,emotions and the like loudly.Get soft,cool,light,and finer states of mind but also get into moderation of moods of loud and power in heart and depth ,so as to not get low blood pressure as well.
b)Heart attacks-when we feel ill will ,too much excitements,tensions,disturbances,negativities,
loudly,heavily,hot or burning,too or wrongly selfish of a suffering kind or mood or suffer for others sake either.
c)Diabetese-when we are over indulging in sweet states of posivity or rather pleasure with attachments,without sober or self control,this swinging us to thr other end of the pendulum of sorrow based evils,instead of living happily rather blissfully,in the meditation depth,rather cetral balace of the pendulum,not going out of the chakra,circle wherein we rest blissfully without temptation to wrong pleasure .We are contented thereby wonderfully living honorably,decently.
Other types of ills based on negativities(these were positivity based ills)are cancer tumour coming to poisonously evil people who are obviosly sorrowful,depressed or at the brain level thinking noisily too fast or too negative instead of decent sober,serios tinking end up with brain ills.
So avoiding these most terrible pitfalls follow Vipassana with equanimity at not only conscios levels but deep and roots equanimity and peace which we feel too and enjoy as a state of feelings(of soothing feels 'Bhanga' means when our body dissolves into wavelets, vibrations, then we get to the central chakra and enjoy the state of being out of the body, knowing it is impermanent and we can be permanent when our body is innet, not an outer one.

Other types of ills based on negativities(these were positivity based ills)are cancer tumour coming to poisonously evil people who are obviosly sorrowful,depressed or at the brain level thinking noisily too fast or too negative instead of decent sober,serios tinking end up with brain ills.
So avoiding these most terrible pitfalls follow Vipassana with equanimity at not only conscios levels but deep and roots equanimity and peace which we feel too and enjoy as a state of feelings(of soothing feels 'Bhanga' means when our body dissolves into wavelets, vibrations, then we get to the central chakra and enjoy the state of being out of the body, knowing it is impermanent and we can be permanent when our body is innet, not an outer one.

What are powers?
Powers are states of mind, heart rays, psyche rays, and ofcourse briefly speaking, moods, feelings, and states of experience, air and sights and scenes of atmospheres and inner beauty- in fineness and spiritual powers too, even praan and energy. The main goodness that we can do in this world, is to bless through such positive powers(a little sober too). Through our hands and eyes, every part of the body presents inner bodies too and hearts and depths, followed by roots, and for this, our actions and inner action tendencies should be good. Thoughts must be nice, feelings and good love too. Carry out good powers in all aspects in all rounds, especially in the depths and roots, rooted to 'jadein', ( gross earth, bottomest, muladhar) to be purest. Our sensitivity will then only feel good, comfortable(live always we will). Send sober, peaceful, steadily situated, balanced states too, or you may get too sweet and diabetic. Now lets end this discussion on by clarifying a very important part: without 2 hrs silence practice, meditation has no real meaning, and is not successful. There should be silence in meditation, and meditation in silence (and both in everything). Dont worry if you start silence with unhappy states or depressed thoughts. As time progresses in silence, you will find, surprisingly, your outlook to life changing. Every problem will vanish. Time is a wonderful factor in our life. As time passes, the outer arising and passing forces of brain and mind, changing climes of life, shifting sands of time, and the moving, flying and noisy forces of nature which cause us danger move away and give way to the subconscious arisings of a blissful type, and subconscious peace. Dark shadows are also dangerous. Powers are also what we carry on very powerfully, and with full integrated brain, heart and practical life coloured in one colour only, with character to love only one person all your life, concentration of all hearts, contemplation of all thoughts, and single track attention and going after in your practical life of not distracted topics, but concentrated ones.
Thereby, a person living for the self only, and concentration on the true love, living for the family and children all the time, caring about their children and home, as Indian women generally do, are full of power, and women are called 'Shakti' for that reason.

Spiritual Development
Spiritual development is a total transformation or evolution of structural and bodily heart, depth and roots, all parts of our being into better and better qualities, experiecnes, feelings, eyes, wisdoms of tastes and sights and sense's experiences in soft, fine, cool, light, even loud. Spirituality should be deep and rooted too. Brains should be with self control over mind, heart, heart and depth, actions and instincts and roots(intellect). Intellect means a brain with feelings and spiritual wisdom, a woman's brain.
Be yourself and develop your personality into a higher, highest one. Dont jump to height, or sail in the skies. Live on the ground. There is an inner gross, practical ground. Be humble and comfortable on the ground. Live happily and do good deeds. Live spiritually too. To love and meditate on God, fixing your mind on him constantly, is better than just superficial prayer or worship. Develop experientally. Loud and heavy should not be badly, but moderately and centrally and inner concentration-wise of power of heart's concentrated loudness, not otherwise. Think strongly, yet softly and smoothly, but not too smooth. The person who renounces worldliness without happiness and fulfilment, or without really experiencing and feeling what moods of spiritual life and better, and the need for purer, cleaner, silent, blissful, dark nicely and fair nicely(states of experience) are wrong. Lets develop experiential wisdom, to realise from experience that what is more blissful, and worldliness doesn't have what we want. With heart intellect, evolve into super human beings.

The Power of Meditation
The power of meditation is the power on concentration of hearts and depths and roots, finally and contemplation of brain and mind's attention on one topic at a time. As for your behavioural ways, you should follow a single track, that is, dont be distracted on too many topics of personal or impersonal interest. Tackle one problem by one. Loud, heavy, states are important, but they should moderately be there, and centrally, not sharply also, and happily also, and do strong thoughts if you are a meditator. Your brains should strongly rule your life and be the captain of the ship. Rajayoga is to be king of your own life and destiny. So, dont get free thoughts and be a slave of them. Control every thought and do all your thoughts by yourself.
Not to speak of controlling the mind, which is the most important thing. 'Buddha' means to live with your brains controlling your mind's selfishness, ego, desires, ignorance, attachments, love and emotions, and so many heart's urges which prompt us to go from our ability. The able one is such: a meditator with strong thoughts, free from all worldly attachments or attractions. Dont see outer faces and decide; see the inner contents.

"Vas", "Baseraa", that is, "settlement"
When you buy a photograph for example, to hang in front of you on the wall of your permanent address, do you know what all is at stake? Definitely not the money, or the coverings, that is, the outer looks of the picture. YOU HAVE TO LIE DOWN, SLEEP, STARE AT THE PICTURE FOR A LONG TIME, AND EVEN AGES LIVE IN FRONT OF IT.
What we have in the body is not just atoms (called athma or soul in sanskrit), but even "rom" or atoms with feelings, or "anu, ann", atoms with practical experience or sensations, breath, inner bodies, etc. In the inner body resides how many atoms or sensitive souls, even "spaces or nirvana" too that feel and see beauty in details of fineness. Can we bear this photo in fineness or beauty or feelings? This is the main thing. The picture should suit all such feelings and beauty residing inside, and you must not settle with the picture that is wrong. The picture must caress your nerves, send you love, infact true love and health. So, you must behave well always and practice dharma morals. Immoral moments upset our sensitive scenes within very badly. All souls should be happy.

Avoid killers- such is love.
Murderers and killers are mainly those who kill hearts, especially deeper hearts and roots, even finer hearts, with crude, insensitive, aggressive feelings and bad moods that they employ, are empowered with bad habits and they live badly and suffer in their own inner moods. In short, they bad moods are present in their deep hearts, and this they spread around cursing others, which is very harmful to the next person, and impure.
Never sit in front of people who instead of treating you to a comfortable vibe with gentle, soft, smooth and fair moods of happiness- full happiness should be there in all hearts, depths and roots, all sorrow should be treated out of their hearts and depths for good by meditators, otherwise meditation will not call on you. Such people treat us to evil, dark, black, irritating, and injurious rays with virus, unhealthy, bad company on their face and personalities.
Be positive and peaceful, free and liberated. So, let us treat others to gentle, soft and smooth rays by spreading happiness all around our hearts and depths, as well as smooth, soft, cool and fine rays in the action centers of roots and instincts. Such people are pure and clean and acceptable to the world, and others will be sent off from the world. Meditation is the main God.

So the better your nature, the better your meditation will be. As I said already, the better your attitude, especially deep and root attitudes even, the more comfortable you will feel. You should be strong to tackle the problems of your subconscious. Conscious health will just see you through for a short span of life. Whereas, subconscious health in the depth and root will be more strongly enduring and lasting. Purity, which is inner cleanliness, brings health. Which person's heart and depth can endure evil or sharp or negative thoughts and still lend bliss to the person? It gets killed by one single bad vibe.

What is meditation?
The answer is simple. Meditation in hindi or sanskrit means simply "Dhyana." That is, deep awareness with caring and responsibility, not negligence of anything in life. A Meditator is aware day and night of everything he does, in detail. Although, you must take it lightly too sometimes.
Meditation brings out the deep feelings in you, so that you love and live every moment fully. One must not be half alive, irresponsible of every step, not be only theoretical, a thing that never lives. When we practically experience or feel the moment, we are living. So we have to go beyond our brains and follow brains made of feelings and practical and daily life experiences as well. A life without full-fledged feelings, deeply understanding seriously (this is true love lives.) Feeling fully, enjoying and fulfilling, heartwise mostly, every moment of life. You drink in life's every moment fully, being fully sane ('hosh'), making no mistake. Mistakes are due to ignorance and lack of self-knowledge. So, meditation makes you watch every though within yourself, which is a very blissful exercise, awakening your awareness. After that, meditation will help you and follow you through till the next time, till the next meditation span.

(2) Peace of mind is too important. To be unattached and achieve liberation at all levels of brain, mind (especially mind control). Heart and depths, practical states- outer and physical- and roots.
Sensitive be, but not too much. All are sensitive to goodness, especially fine people. Develop fineness and sensitivity through meditation.
